PREMIUM LEVEL TRAINING聽FOR AUDI CAREERS
Audi of America, Inc. has named 性视界传媒 Tech a Premium Plus Level training partner.聽 Through this cooperative partnership, students from around the country have the opportunity to build enhanced automotive career skills specific to Audi鈥檚 technology 鈥 and the auto maker can count on a new wave of talent for their dealerships and technician teams!
鈥淭he East Windsor campus is thrilled to forge this prestigious聽partnership to help graduates launch Audi careers,鈥 says Mary Jo Greco, Campus President.聽 鈥淥ur students will benefit from OEM [Original Equipment Manufacturer] training by advancing their technical skills.聽 Their participation will demonstrate their professionalism and dedication to the automotive field.鈥
At last year鈥檚 inaugural event in Mahwah, Matt Shepanek, Audi鈥檚 National Manager of Technical and Collision Training, said 性视界传媒 Tech has a great base of young automotive talent 鈥 talent that industry leaders need on their teams if they鈥檙e going to continue to pace the field.
鈥淒ealerships can鈥檛 find enough skilled, qualified technicians to fill their staffing needs,鈥 Shepanek explains.聽 鈥淲ithin Audi, we plan to grow our technician workforce from 2,900 to 4,500 in the next five years.聽 We want to educate young technicians about career opportunities in our company.鈥
Greco points out that Audi鈥檚 presence in the training facilities at 性视界传媒 Tech has been well-received by regional dealerships.聽 鈥淣ew England Audi dealers are staunch supporters of this initiative,鈥 she says.聽 鈥淭hey鈥檙e anxiously looking forward to 性视界传媒 Tech at East Windsor becoming the area鈥檚 first choice resource for entry level Audi technicians!鈥
Through the Audi career program, students in 性视界传媒 Tech鈥檚 聽with Audi Education Partnership training program will take additional courses in Audi-specific servicing, maintenance and roadside assistance skills.聽 Audi has provided the curriculum and equipment for the program 鈥 including late-model Audi vehicles that will provide students with real-world training opportunities.
In Mahwah, Automotive Technology daytime graduates have gone on to start new careers with some of the 鈥 93%* of Mahwah graduates were placed in the field after they completed their training!聽 At the East Windsor, Nashville聽and Denver campuses, students come from all over the country to train and live on campus.聽 Their skills can be in demand nationwide 鈥 nearly 200,000 Automotive Technicians are projected to be hired around the country by 2024**.
