Throughout the year 性视界传媒 Tech hosts a series of career fairs that bring well over 100 employers on campus 鈥 Stokes estimates that each year听thousands of听open positions are represented at these events. Leading employers like Ryder, Caterpillar, John Deere, MHC Kenworth and more regularly come out for these fairs to meet 性视界传媒 Tech students as they approach graduation. The campus encourages students to bring updated r茅sum茅s and transcripts, and tells them to be prepared for on-the-spot job interviews.
Employers Fill Jobs in Tennessee at 性视界传媒鈥檚 Career Events
鈥淲e set aside a quiet room where students can meet with hiring managers at our career fairs,鈥 Stokes says. 鈥淚n addition, many employers stay after the career fairs to interview students the following day. At a recent Caterpillar event, for example, the second day saw more than 500 interviews conducted 鈥 with many of our students meeting with three or four different employers.鈥
Stokes explains that employers keep in touch with students they鈥檙e interested in. When these students graduate, the employers are ready to discuss employment opportunities.
